Outbound Commercial Sales Manager

About the role
Motive is seeking an experienced sales leader to head its outbound commercial sales effort in Pakistan. The manager will oversee a team of Account Executives, drive revenue growth, and ensure the sales process aligns with Motive’s AI‑powered fleet management platform.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly bookings and revenue targets with the sales team.
- Set inbound/outbound appointment and pipeline goals, monitor KPIs, and hold the team accountable.
- Implement the end‑to‑end sales playbook and coordinate with sales operations to align CRM processes.
- Coach Account Executives on prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new business.
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline, keeping it current and forecast‑ready.
- Leverage Motive’s product suite (ELD, dashcam, and emerging solutions) in sales pursuits.
- Listen to sales calls, provide feedback, and mentor team members to improve performance.
- Deliver product demos and negotiate deals sourced by the team.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of sales leadership experience, preferably in a technology or product company.
- At least 4 years of international sales experience, with exposure to the US market.
- Bachelor’s degree (overseas degree from US/UK/Canada preferred) or equivalent experience with US/Canada/UK B2B customers.
- Proven SaaS sales track record with short sales cycles in a competitive environment.
- Strong contractual and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated capability to mentor and develop sales talent.
