Part-Time Facility Coordinator

About the role

Bakhtyr Global Logistics, which offers end-to-end transportation and logistics services, is looking for a part-time Facility Coordinator to keep its Karachi workplace and allied office rentals or leases organized, safe, maintained and operational. The role is on-site in Karachi, working one day per week with no fixed routine.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily office and facility operations, identifying maintenance, leasing, safety and supply needs.
• Coordinate repairs and scheduled maintenance with vendors, technicians and building management, and follow up until work is done.
• Track facility supplies with a mobile app, arrange replenishment and keep accurate records of purchases, service requests and equipment.
• Support workspace setup, access arrangements and basic logistics for meetings or internal activities.
• Carry out routine walkthroughs, report hazards or service issues and help maintain compliance with workplace procedures.
• Respond to employee facility requests, prioritize issues and communicate progress and resolutions.

Required profile

• Experience coordinating office, building or facility operations, including maintenance requests and vendor follow-up.
• Dependable, organized and able to manage several requests with minimal supervision.
• Awareness of workplace safety, cleanliness, access control and routine inspection practices.

Required skills

• Strong organization and time management, with clear written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer proficiency with email, spreadsheets and digital record keeping.
• Ability to monitor supplies, request quotations or replenishment and document service and purchasing activity.

What we offer

• Pay of PKR 30,000 to 50,000 per month.
