People & Culture Manager – Lahore

About the role

We are seeking a People & Culture Manager to lead with empathy, nurture an inclusive workplace, and turn our Lahore office into a thriving community.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement organizational development initiatives such as performance management, succession planning and competency frameworks.
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture and create HR policies aligned with best practices.
• Build employer branding on social media to improve retention, productivity and attract top talent.
• Drive a robust performance management system, develop training programs and manage employee career pathways.
• Oversee HRIS implementation and select tools to monitor staff productivity.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of post‑qualification experience in HR, organizational development, and related domains.
• Graduate degree in Human Resources from a recognized institution.
• Preferably holds a SHRM or CPID certification.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage change and solve complex problems.
