Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

Mirchawala's Hub of Accountancy is hiring a Performance Marketing Specialist in Karachi, working on site. The role plans, runs and optimises paid campaigns and manages marketing funnels aimed at generating leads, sales and student enrolments.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads (PPC), TikTok, LinkedIn and Snapchat.
• Build and manage end-to-end marketing funnels, from lead generation to conversion and enrolment.
• Track and report campaign performance, leads, sales, conversion rates, CPL, CPA and ROAS.
• Implement conversion tracking with GA4, GTM, pixels and platform-specific tools.
• Analyse funnel performance, identify drop-offs and optimise campaigns.
• Manage advertising budgets, A/B testing and performance dashboards.

Required profile

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and paid advertising.
• Proven expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search/PPC).
• Practical experience with TikTok, LinkedIn and Snapchat Ads.
• Data-driven mindset focused on measurable growth and ROI.

Required skills

• Funnel analytics, end-to-end reporting, conversion tracking and attribution.
• GA4, Google Tag Manager and dashboards such as Looker Studio.
