Manager - Customer Success

About the role

The NIQ Customer Success team acts as the key link between NIQ and its clients, partnering with them to turn data, science and people's talents into measurement and improvement. This Manager role supervises project management, leads and develops the team, manages internal stakeholders and drives business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all stages of project management and monitor performance to ensure timely, successful completion.
• Lead and develop the team, foster a culture of growth and collaboration, and manage internal stakeholders.
• Offer expert advice and consultation to clients and staff, handling complex queries or complaints professionally.
• Manage profit and loss, identify expansion opportunities and develop strategic plans.
• Design research projects from client briefs, including questionnaires and data collection methodologies; coordinate execution, progress updates and instructions to departments.
• Present study results clearly and build strong client relationships.
• Occasional travel as required, assist invoicing by informing Finance of contract or job changes, and work toward collection targets.
• Identify team successors and drive initiatives beyond business as usual, such as key account plans and quality control measures.

Required profile

• University degree in Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in marketing research, with insightful analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service expertise and in-depth knowledge of research methods, analysis techniques and industry best practices.
