Senior Content Writer

About the role

Contour Software, a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. with offices in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, is hiring a Senior Content Writer. You will be the main writer behind the company's content across every channel, turning complex construction software features into clear, credible, benefit-focused content for contractors, CFOs, controllers and project managers. It is a high-volume, high-quality writing role, not a strategy or management role.

Key responsibilities

• Write bylined articles and thought leadership pieces for construction and trade publications
• Ghostwrite LinkedIn posts for executives and write copy for the company page
• Write press releases and media announcements
• Create website and SEO content: new pages, landing pages and blog posts, applying SEO best practices and improving existing pages
• Turn product team input into release notes, launch copy, one-pagers, product sheets, comparison sheets and battlecards
• Interview customers and write case studies and customer stories
• Write email campaigns, nurture sequences, newsletters and social copy
• Edit and proofread your own and others' work, maintain the style guide and messaging library, and use AI writing tools responsibly
• Manage many pieces at once and deliver on time against the content calendar

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional content writing, ideally at a B2B or SaaS company or agency
• Near-native written English (C2)
• A portfolio including long-form articles, web or landing page copy, a case study and email or social copy
• Proven ability to turn technical topics into clear, engaging copy for business buyers
• Excellent editing and proofreading skills, fast turnaround and comfort with feedback

Required skills

• Solid working knowledge of SEO writing
• Experience with a CMS (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot) and collaboration tools (e.g., Google Docs, Asana)
• Nice to have: writing for construction, AEC, real estate or the trades; familiarity with ERP, accounting or financial software; published bylines; executive ghostwriting experience; documented AI-assisted content workflow
