Pricing & Margin Lead

About the role

ACE Money Transfer is seeking a commercially sharp, analytical Pricing & Margin Lead to manage corridor pricing, FX margins, fee structures and revenue performance across its sending‑to‑payout corridors and products. You will keep pricing competitive while protecting margins and supporting revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pricing, FX margins, charges, rebates and revenue performance across all active corridors and products.
• Recommend pricing changes based on business performance, market conditions, competitor rates and approved revenue targets.
• Monitor competitor rates and market movements, working with Treasury to factor FX exposure, hedging costs and currency volatility into pricing decisions.
• Review corridor profitability, analyse transaction volumes, average size, revenue per transaction and margin performance.
• Ensure every pricing change follows governance and four‑eye control processes, maintaining accurate records and pricing rules.
• Collaborate with Growth, Commercial, Technology and Operations teams to implement approved rates, automate pricing processes and produce regular margin reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.
• 3+ years experience in pricing, revenue management, FX, payments or financial services.
• Strong understanding of multi‑currency pricing, FX margins, corridor economics and transaction‑based revenue models.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with Power BI.
• SQL or other reporting tools (preferred).
