Principal Owner – Lead Local Operations

About the role

The Principal Owner will lead Asiastore888 Onlineshop’s local operations in Faisalabad, driving the company’s growth and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers. This full‑time, on‑site position combines strategic planning with hands‑on management of sales, customer service and logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the local business strategy aligned with corporate goals.
• Manage budgets, financial reporting and performance analysis.
• Oversee day‑to‑day activities including inventory control, order fulfillment and vendor relations.
• Optimize product listings, pricing and online sales platforms.
• Coordinate marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.
• Lead, coach and develop a small team to achieve revenue and customer‑satisfaction targets.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship or senior management within retail or e‑commerce.
• Strong background in business strategy, financial management and performance analysis.
• Hands‑on experience in operations, inventory, logistics and vendor management.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management or equivalent practical experience.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site in Faisalabad.
