Production Manager - Snack Manufacturing

About the role

A snack manufacturing company in Lahore is looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee its production operations. The manager plans, coordinates and controls manufacturing processes so that goods are produced efficiently, with high quality and within production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules and workflows to meet targets and deadlines
• Lead and manage production staff, making sure they are trained, motivated and efficient
• Ensure products meet quality standards through quality checks and troubleshooting production issues
• Assess production processes and implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste
• Manage production budgets, control costs and improve cost-efficiency
• Ensure the facility complies with health and safety regulations
• Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams so raw materials are available and stock levels are managed well
• Prepare and present production reports covering output, efficiency and areas for improvement

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Production Management or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a production management role, preferably in food manufacturing
