Quality Assurance Officer - Snack Manufacturing

About the role
A snack manufacturer in Lahore is looking for a Quality Assurance Officer to make sure its manufacturing processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. The officer monitors production quality, carries out inspections and puts in place quality control measures.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect raw materials and finished products regularly to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Monitor manufacturing processes to spot areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality protocols
- Keep accurate records of inspections, test results and corrective actions
- Train manufacturing staff on quality standards and best practices
- Work with production and management teams to develop and run quality improvement initiatives
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance or a related field
- 2+ years of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry
- Preferred: experience with ISO or HACCP standards
Required skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of quality control methodologies
