Quantity Surveyor & Civil Engineer – Farmland Development

About the role

Agro Excellence Farms is seeking qualified Quantity Surveyors and Civil Engineers to join the team working on Pakistan’s leading gated farmland project. You will contribute to the design, cost management and delivery of modern, fully‑managed agricultural land that includes irrigation, security and landscaping systems.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets and tender documents for farmland infrastructure.
• Monitor project expenditures, variations and financial reporting.
• Develop civil engineering designs for irrigation networks, roads, and site utilities.
• Supervise construction activities, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal stakeholders to keep the project on schedule.

Required profile

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Relevant experience in construction, land development or agricultural infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of cost control, contract administration and construction standards.

Required skills

• Quantity surveying techniques and cost estimation.
• Civil engineering design principles.
• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., MS Office).
