About the role

Bahria Enclave is seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to lead and develop marketing strategies for its real‑estate development projects in the Blue Area of Islamabad. The role involves overseeing a team of ten professionals and driving campaigns that boost brand awareness and property sales.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10 marketing professionals to achieve objectives.
• Design and oversee digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Conduct marketing analytics and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and development teams to create coordinated marketing plans.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to maximize ROI.
• Maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in real estate.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead a diverse team.
