Real Estate Sales Consultant

About the role

MGC Developments is hiring a motivated, results-driven Real Estate Sales Consultant to join its growing team. The role centres on building client relationships, promoting real estate projects, generating sales opportunities and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and sell the company's real estate projects and property offerings.
• Identify potential clients and generate leads through calls, networking and other sales channels.
• Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable investment opportunities.
• Conduct client meetings, property presentations and project visits.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up on leads, negotiate deals and close sales.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads and sales activities.
• Stay updated on market trends, property prices and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in real estate sales, property consultancy or a similar sales role is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build client relationships and close deals; self-motivated, target-oriented and confident in client handling.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
