Real Estate Specialist

About the role

Seven Arz Development Group is a real estate development company focused on residential and commercial projects. It is hiring a full-time, on-site Real Estate Specialist in Islamabad who manages client inquiries, presents available properties, conducts site visits and supports real estate transactions from first contact through closing.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client inquiries, present available properties and conduct site visits
• Maintain property listings and prepare basic documentation
• Coordinate with internal development and sales teams
• Keep accurate records of client interactions
• Build relationships with potential buyers and investors and provide responsive customer service
• Track market trends and ensure interactions comply with company policies and local regulations

Required profile

• Foundational knowledge of real estate and real property, including local market dynamics and basic legal and regulatory considerations
• Previous experience in real estate, property sales or related fields is preferred
• Relevant academic background in business, real estate or a related discipline is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site in Islamabad, manage multiple tasks and keep organized records

Required skills

• Sales skills: lead generation, negotiation, follow-up and closing
• Strong customer service skills and excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficiency with standard office software and basic CRM or property listing tools
