Recruitment & Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruitment & Business Development Executive to help expand our talent solutions business across Pakistan and international markets. You will combine talent acquisition with sales activities to build a strong client and candidate network.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates via LinkedIn, job portals and professional networks; manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for local and international clients.
• Identify and research potential clients, generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns and networking, and maintain a structured sales pipeline.
• Coordinate recruitment assignments from initial client discussions through candidate placement, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and candidates.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales or business development.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good written and spoken English.
• Experience using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing or business development and confidence in outreach.
• Research, networking and relationship‑building abilities; proactive, self‑motivated and target‑oriented.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Experience in IT recruitment, international recruitment, offshore staffing or B2B sales is a plus.
