Regional Director – Fintech (Pakistan)

About the role

Optasia is seeking a visionary Regional Director to lead its fintech operations in Pakistan. You will shape commercial strategy, drive revenue growth, and build lasting partnerships across the financial services, telecom, and mobile money sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for the assigned portfolio, ensuring accurate forecasting and budget alignment.
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities, promoting adoption of Optasia’s AI‑powered financial products.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team of regional and account managers.
• Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with customers, negotiate high‑value contracts, and represent the company at industry events.
• Develop strategic account plans, monitor market trends, and collaborate with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams to achieve revenue targets.

• Proven experience in customer relationship management within fintech, telecom, or mobile financial services.
• Track record of building and leading high‑performing teams.
