Remote Cold Call Agent

About the role

This is a fully remote Cold Call Agent position working from home, with a monthly base salary of PKR 62,440 to 146,300 plus bonus opportunities. You open calls with a polite greeting, follow assigned calling lists, and pass interested leads to the sales team with enough detail for a useful conversation. A sales team lead coaches your phone approach and explains how to handle unfamiliar questions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a steady flow of outgoing calls from the assigned list, planning call order in a CRM such as HubSpot.
• Call through a business phone system such as Dialpad, introduce yourself and explain your purpose.
• Ask short questions about the lead's needs and interest, then explain the offer using approved call notes and plain words.
• Accept refusals calmly, respect requests to stop calling, and note why someone declines.
• Pass interested leads to the sales team with a clear summary, and use a scheduling tool such as Google Calendar to arrange requested conversations.
• Return calls when leads ask for another conversation, and record each call's result, comments and next action.
• Mark wrong numbers, repeated entries and requests not to call, and share daily call counts and interested leads with the team.

Required profile

• Professional spoken and written English, as calls are generally with leads in the United States.
• No experience required; phone work, customer contact or outbound calling experience is preferred.
• A computer, a mobile phone, a stable internet connection and reliable electricity.
• Willingness to follow a call outline, comfort learning lead-tracking and scheduling tools, patience with refusals, and a quiet place for calls.
