Sales Account Manager (Enterprise)

About the role

The Sales Account Manager (Enterprise) will drive strategic revenue growth by selling complex, integrated hardware and software solutions to corporate clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will align technology stacks with business objectives across data‑center, networking, cloud and cybersecurity domains.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new enterprise opportunities, building relationships with senior decision‑makers.
• Conduct market research to spot industry trends and shape strategic sales plans.
• Manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation to contract signing, tracking key performance metrics.
• Deliver compelling presentations and product demos that articulate the value of hardware and software solutions.
• Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts to secure profitable deals.
• Provide ongoing customer service, resolve issues promptly, and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Collaborate with technical, pre‑sales and delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales with a proven track record.
• Strong understanding of data‑center infrastructure, hyper‑converged systems, network architectures, cloud services and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
