Sales Business Development

About the role

The Sales Business Development role at 3DM Solutions is a full‑time, on‑site position focused on identifying and qualifying new business opportunities for the company’s design, development, deployment and marketing services. You will engage prospective clients, understand their needs and propose tailored solutions that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads, follow up on inquiries and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
• Conduct meetings or presentations to assess client requirements and propose suitable services.
• Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, negotiate terms within defined guidelines and support client onboarding.
• Maintain accurate sales records, monitor market trends and contribute to revenue growth and long‑term client relationships.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills to build trust and manage relationships.
• Proven experience in sales, business development or account management, preferably within digital services, IT or marketing.
• Ability to work on‑site in Karachi, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously and meet defined sales targets.
• Familiarity with CRM or sales‑tracking tools and a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent practical experience.
