About the role

Join SaMeD RCM Solutions as a Sales Development Representative focused on the US healthcare market, contacting doctors, clinics, and medical practices across the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to doctors and medical practices across the USA.
• Introduce our medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services.
• Generate qualified leads and build relationships with potential clients.
• Follow up with prospects through calls and emails, schedule meetings and support business development activities.
• Maintain lead records and work toward sales targets.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken English and communication skills.
• Confidence in cold calling and communicating with US‑based clients.
• Strong persuasion, interpersonal, and follow‑up skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous sales, telemarketing, or international calling experience is preferred; fresh candidates with strong communication skills are welcome.
