Sales Enablement Trainer – New Hire Zones Connect & Product

About the role

Zones is looking for a motivated Sales Enablement Trainer to accelerate the onboarding of new Account Executives. You will own the execution of the PK New Hire Learning Plan, focusing on ZonesConnect digital adoption, product enablement, and core sales methodologies.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the PK New Hire Learning Plan and ensure new AEs meet ramp, WIG, and early productivity targets.
• Onboard new hires on ZonesConnect digital adoption, covering positioning, value proposition, standards capture, special pricing, and consumption driving.
• Deliver structured enablement on client acquisition, including discovery tracks, objection handling, standards conversations, and digital experience.
• Design, develop, and deliver training programs, workshops, role‑plays, and coaching sessions.
• Monitor and support new hires to exceed initial goals related to digital adoption, client engagement, and sales execution.

Required profile

• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Independent thinker with solid decision‑making skills.
• Experience in sales enablement, onboarding, or corporate training.
• Ability to meet and exceed performance milestones for new hires.
