Sales Outreach Representative – UK Market

About the role

Join Canonical Tutors as a Sales Outreach Representative focused on the UK market. You will contact prospective clients across the UK, generate sales opportunities, and convert interested prospects into paying customers through telephone outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on existing leads.
• Qualify leads by identifying customer needs, interest levels, and conversion potential.
• Introduce and explain tutoring services, recommend suitable programs, and persuade prospects to book free trial lessons or enroll.
• Handle objections, answer questions, and maintain professional relationships with parents.
• Schedule trial lessons, appointments, and follow‑up calls.
• Process payments accurately and maintain accurate lead records in the CRM.
• Update customer information and sales activity using Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
• Track individual sales performance and conversion metrics.

Required profile

• UK or neutral English accent with excellent spoken English and pronunciation.
• Confidence in making outbound calls and engaging prospective customers.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and sales‑closing abilities.
• Target‑driven mindset with motivation to achieve sales and conversion goals.
• Good written English for professional email communication.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude.
• Willingness to work onsite in Gulberg Greens, Islamabad.
• Fresh graduates and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
