SDR / BDE - US B2B Construction Sales (Islamabad)

About the role

BPO Impact is hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for its growing US-based B2B construction services campaign. The work is on-site in Islamabad, with a shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM PST. Candidates should be confident, well-spoken and comfortable with outbound cold calling, objection handling and appointment setting; senior sales experience is not required.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to US-based businesses and decision-makers, introducing the services confidently.
• Engage contractors, builders, construction companies and business owners, and identify their needs and project requirements.
• Qualify prospects, handle objections and generate and book qualified appointments.
• Follow up with prospects when required and keep accurate lead and activity records in the CRM.
• Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales KPIs and continuously improve performance.

Required profile

• Prior sales experience, particularly outbound sales or cold calling.
• Preferred: BPO, telesales, SDR, BDE, lead generation or appointment-setting experience.
• Strong spoken English and professional communication skills.
• Comfortable working US business hours and on-site in Islamabad.
• Experience in construction, real estate, roofing, solar, home improvement, drafting and design, estimation or B2B sales is an advantage.
