About the role

EFU Life Assurance Ltd. is seeking a meticulous Senior Corporate Benefits Operations Officer to manage daily operational functions and documentation within the corporate benefits department in Karachi. The role focuses on compliance, reporting and maintaining regulatory standards to ensure smooth business workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Review incoming and outgoing corporate benefits documentation for accuracy, completeness and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems, ensuring documents are up‑to‑date and easily accessible.
• Track timelines rigorously to guarantee paperwork is completed and submitted before deadlines.
• Assist management with daily operational duties, coordination of activities and follow‑up on pending tasks.
• Perform precise data entry and maintain data integrity throughout documentation processing.
• Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to facilitate documentation exchange and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate and maintain reports on corporate benefits operations, highlighting key metrics and compliance status.
• Adhere to regulatory compliance requirements and continuously improve filing and reporting processes.

Required profile

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proactive communication and collaboration with internal teams.
• Background in business administration or related field; up to one year relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to work quickly and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
