About the role
As a Senior Executive in Telesales, you will drive the acquisition of new restaurant partners and home chefs for foodpanda’s platform in Pakistan. You will combine inbound lead handling with proactive offline prospecting to expand our vendor network and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries from potential restaurant owners and home chefs.
- Research and identify prospects through offline channels such as local directories, events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships, presenting platform benefits and pricing.
- Qualify leads against quality standards and negotiate partnership terms.
- Assist new partners during the first month of onboarding to ensure successful launch.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets and related KPIs.
Required profile
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar sales role with a track record of meeting targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑accountability environment.
- Familiarity with the restaurant or home‑chef market is a plus.
