Senior Full Stack Developer (AI-Driven Development)

About the role

Contour Software, a subsidiary of Constellation Software Inc. with offices in Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad, is hiring a senior developer to build its new web products, from the user interface to the services and database behind them. The role reports to the Dev Manager and works with the Modernization team, Product and Infrastructure & IT. It is a hands-on position for an engineer who uses AI tools daily and wants to help shape how a modern product team works.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and test full-stack features: back-end APIs, the data layer and the user interface, turning product requirements into clear, buildable work.
• Keep code clean, tested and maintainable.
• Use Claude Code daily for planning, implementation, tests, refactoring and code review, applying AI-driven development practices with clear human checkpoints.
• Review AI-generated code critically and help create shared team guidance such as reusable instructions, workflows and standards.
• Work in GitHub for source control, branching and pull requests, and track work in Linear.
• Partner with Infrastructure & IT on deployments, environments and production issues, and mentor teammates.

Required profile

• 6+ years of professional software development, including at least 3 years building production APIs and services in C# and ASP.NET Core.
• Hands-on experience building production user interfaces in React and TypeScript.
• Strong SQL Server skills, including schema design, complex queries and performance tuning.
• Experience writing automated tests such as xUnit and Vitest.
• Daily, hands-on use of Claude Code or a comparable agentic coding tool, with examples you can show.
• Working understanding of AI-driven development and how it changes planning, review and team workflows.
• Senior-level ownership: able to scope work, make trade-offs and see a feature through to release.
