Senior Manager – ACCA Qualified – UK Audit & Tax Services

About the role

We are a UK‑based chartered accountancy firm establishing a Pakistan office to deliver audit, accounting and tax services to UK SMEs. We seek an ACCA‑qualified Senior Manager to lead the accounting and compliance function.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of accounting, tax and audit work for UK clients.
• Prepare financial statements under UK GAAP/FRS 102.
• Prepare UK corporation tax and personal tax computations.
• Prepare and review management accounts and VAT returns.
• Supervise and train junior staff, ensuring quality and accuracy.
• Assist in audit assignments and ensure compliance with UK regulations.
• Maintain strict adherence to UK accounting and regulatory standards.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• Fully qualified ACCA member.
• Minimum 5 years experience in audit, tax and accounting.
• At least 2 years managerial experience within a Big 4 firm.
• Strong knowledge of UK accounting standards, tax and audit procedures.
• Experience managing or mentoring junior staff.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• UK GAAP / FRS 102 financial statement preparation.
• UK corporation tax and personal tax computation.
• VAT return preparation.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Experience with Sage accounting software.
