Senior Manager Business Development & Commercial

About the role

The Saif Group, through JK&S Global Developers, seeks a senior leader to drive strategic revenue growth across its oil & gas construction and real‑estate projects, including the D.I. Khan New City development.

Key responsibilities

• Secure construction and field development contracts with operators, EPC contractors, and joint‑venture partners in the oil & gas sector.
• Lead commercial growth for D.I. Khan New City by managing B2B and B2C sales, institutional partnerships, and overseeing the B2C sales/recovery team.
• Head pre‑qualifications, high‑stakes tenders, costing, risk mitigation and commercial negotiations.
• Own targets for contract wins, revenue, margins, collections and profit after tax, delivering pipeline forecasts and business intelligence dashboards to the Group CEO.

Required profile

• 12‑16 years of commercial business development experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role within oil & gas, EPC or related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering; MBA or Master’s in Business/Commercial Management highly preferred.
• Willingness to travel periodically to project sites and D.I. Khan New City.

Required skills

• Strong financial acumen – cash‑flow and margin analysis.
• Stakeholder negotiation and commercial deal‑making.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Power BI reporting.
