About the role
The Senior Product Manager will lead the activation and fulfillment journey for new accounts, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. This role collaborates closely with compliance, operations and other stakeholders to reduce backlogs and improve turnaround times.
Key responsibilities
- Own the end‑to‑end downstream onboarding journey, including account fulfillment, activation and funding.
- Partner with operations, compliance and other teams to drive operational efficiencies and reduce activation TAT.
- Manage omni‑channel customer communications to address pending documents or information.
- Track activation metrics such as activation rates, STP%, and backlog, and work to improve them.
Required profile
- Degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in banking or financial services, focusing on customer acquisition, strategy, design and implementation.
