Senior Sales & Accounts Manager – Digital Services

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Sales & Accounts Manager to drive new business and grow existing accounts for our digital services portfolio. The role focuses on B2B sales within a digital marketing agency, handling the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

Key responsibilities

• Convert new business opportunities into clients and expand accounts through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Generate and close new opportunities from existing clients, meeting monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Identify client needs and recommend the appropriate mix of digital services.
• Prepare and present professional proposals and quotations.
• Own assigned opportunities from initial discussion through closing and manage the sales pipeline with disciplined follow‑ups.
• Handle client objections, negotiate pricing and project scope, and build long‑term relationships.

Required profile

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in a digital marketing or digital services agency.
• Proven track record of closing deals with measurable sales results.
• Strong consultative selling, objection handling and negotiation skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English with confident client communication.
• Ability to take full ownership of targets and results.
