About the role

The Senior Technical Recruiter will lead the end‑to‑end recruitment process for technical positions, ensuring the company attracts and hires top IT talent. This role involves developing strategies, managing candidate pipelines, and supporting new hires through onboarding.

Key responsibilities

Design and implement overall recruiting strategy and maintain job descriptions.
Source candidates via databases, social media, job boards, and educational institutions.
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess technical knowledge, skills, and experience.
Provide analytical reports, build candidate relationships, and promote the employer brand.
Collaborate with peers to improve recruitment processes and handle additional tasks as required.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, Computer Science or related field.
2‑3 years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong understanding of technical roles, terminology, and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
