Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive (Graphic Designer)

About the role

The Urban SuperMarket is looking for a creative Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive with graphic design capability to strengthen its online presence and promote its products to customers in Lahore. The role combines hands-on content creation, social channel management and campaign coordination, so that brand communications are engaging, consistent and suited to the supermarket's audience. It is a full-time, Lahore-based position.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create and publish engaging content for social media, including graphics, captions, stories and short-form promotional material.
• Design clear, on-brand digital assets for product promotions, campaigns and seasonal offers.
• Maintain a content calendar and coordinate timely publication across channels.
• Support digital marketing campaigns, monitor performance and prepare basic reports on reach, engagement and audience response.
• Review trends, customer feedback and competitor activity to suggest content ideas.
• Work with internal teams to confirm product information, campaign details and brand consistency.

Required profile

• Practical experience managing social media accounts and preparing content calendars.
• Clear, audience-focused writing for captions, promotional posts and short campaign copy.
• Understanding of major social platforms, their formats and organic engagement practices.
• Good organization, attention to detail and ability to meet publishing deadlines.
• Collaborative communication skills and willingness to coordinate with internal teams.

Required skills

• Strong graphic design ability, including layout, typography, image selection and brand consistency.
• Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of digital campaign metrics such as reach, impressions and engagement.
