Social Media Growth Manager (Remote, Pakistan)

About the role

We are looking for a creative, analytical, and results‑driven Social Media Growth Manager to lead strategy and execution for multiple consumer brands. The role focuses on building brand awareness, audience growth, engagement, and revenue through organic social, paid ads, influencer partnerships, and performance marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business objectives across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and emerging platforms.
• Create and manage monthly and quarterly content calendars and conduct competitor research.
• Set up and maintain Meta Business Manager, TikTok Business Center, advertising accounts, pixels and tracking systems.
• Design and launch paid advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok, handling audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences and conversion optimization.
• Monitor performance metrics (ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR) and conduct A/B testing to improve results.
• Produce weekly and monthly analytics reports with actionable insights.
• Manage community interactions, respond to comments, DMs and brand mentions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience managing social media for consumer brands.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok ecosystems.
• Ability to own projects from strategy through execution and optimization.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision making.
