About the role
Chapal is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to own the end‑to‑end hiring function for a fast‑growing cloud services company. This founding‑level individual contributor role will design, build and execute a proactive hiring system, ensuring every hire meets high quality standards while supporting rapid growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and own a proactive sourcing strategy for every open role, minimizing reliance on inbound applications.
- Identify and leverage appropriate sourcing channels (LinkedIn outreach, communities, referrals, niche platforms) to build continuous talent pipelines.
- Manage the full hiring lifecycle—from role brief to offer and close—including role definition, structured assessments, and interview coordination.
- Enforce strict hiring standards, conduct deep reference checks, and ensure fairness and consistency across all decisions.
- Own and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data hygiene, configuration, and reporting.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading end‑to‑end recruitment processes in a high‑growth environment.
- Strong autonomy with the ability to set hiring standards and make final candidate quality decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills to define role requirements and success criteria.
- Commitment to quality, speed, and long‑term retention of hires.
