Talent Acquisition Specialist – Bulk Hiring

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for large‑scale hiring initiatives. The role works closely with operations, hiring managers and regional HR business partners to fill vacant positions efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment including job advertising, sourcing, interviewing and onboarding.
• Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract high‑quality candidates for bulk hiring.
• Partner with university career offices to build a pipeline of potential hires.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and hiring managers to define recruitment needs.
• Coordinate interview schedules with regional HRBPs according to headcount requirements.
• Prepare weekly hiring reports for management review.

Required profile

• Degree level education or equivalent practical experience.
• 2‑3 years of recruitment experience, including at least one year of batch or bulk hiring.
• Strong passion for talent acquisition and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
