Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the end‑to‑end hiring process. You will partner directly with founders and team leads to identify hiring needs, source candidates, and close offers, ensuring a smooth experience for both the company and candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Run the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with founders and team leads to define role requirements beyond job titles.
• Create compelling job posts, screening questions, and interview workflows that quickly filter candidates.
• Actively hunt for talent on LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels rather than waiting for applications.
• Conduct first‑round screens to assess real skill and ownership.
• Monitor hiring metrics such as time‑to‑fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates, and implement improvements.
• Provide a positive candidate experience, even for those not selected.
• Build and maintain a talent bench for frequently hired positions.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, with a track record of leading hires from start to finish.
• Experience in a startup or technology environment is preferred.
• Ability to evaluate technical candidates for genuine skill signals without being technical yourself.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple open roles simultaneously.
• Willingness to work on‑site during the 5 PM – 2 AM PKT shift.
• Outcome‑oriented mindset: proactively fix process bottlenecks.
