Talent Acquisition Specialist – Technical Recruiter

About the role

Vertex IT Solutions is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full‑cycle recruitment for technical and specialized positions. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR leaders, and project teams to understand hiring needs, design sourcing strategies, and deliver a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, technical expectations, and candidate profiles.
• Utilise LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and social media to attract high‑quality candidates.
• Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics for data‑driven decisions.
• Promote Vertex as an employer of choice through recruitment campaigns and networking events.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and ensure compliance with company policies and data protection standards.
