Territory Sales Manager – Pharmaceutical

About the role

Big West Pharmaceuticals is looking for a passionate and disciplined Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen our presence in the assigned territory. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and expanding market coverage for our pharmaceutical portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to doctors, consultants, pharmacies and other relevant customers.
• Deliver scientifically accurate product detailing and promote products according to approved marketing strategies.
• Increase product penetration, generate prescriptions and grow the territory’s market share.
• Monitor product availability, market coverage and identify new business opportunities.
• Collect and report market intelligence, competitor activities and customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate daily call records and sales reports.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Good understanding of the pharmaceutical market and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
