Trainee Manager Sales

About the role

The Trainee Manager Sales position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Karachi East District. You will support sales operations by identifying potential clients, presenting life‑insurance solutions and assisting senior managers in closing sales while gaining hands‑on experience in a structured training environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential clients for life‑insurance products.
• Present tailored insurance solutions and support senior managers in closing deals.
• Maintain accurate customer records and prepare regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and resolve service issues.
• Follow up with clients to ensure a positive experience and contribute to business planning activities.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
• Business planning skills for territory planning and performance monitoring.
• Effective communication for client interaction and internal collaboration.
• Customer‑service orientation to handle inquiries and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Sales‑operations knowledge to manage pipelines and support efficient sales processes.

Required skills
