Sales Manager Internship

About the role

The Sales Manager Intern will support the branch’s sales and business development activities in a full‑time, on‑site role located in Karachi East District. This internship provides practical training in life insurance sales management and pipeline development.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in identifying potential clients and scheduling client meetings.
• Present basic product information under supervision.
• Maintain customer records and prepare simple sales reports.
• Support follow‑ups with prospects to ensure timely responses.
• Coordinate with senior sales team members and learn sales processes and compliance requirements.
• Contribute to branch marketing and outreach initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic analytical and organizational abilities.
• Interest in sales, marketing, or financial services.
• Proactive, result‑oriented mindset with ability to meet targets.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor’s program in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
• Ethical and professional attitude respecting confidentiality and regulatory requirements.
