Umrah And Travel Operations Manager

About the role

The Umrah and Travel Operations Manager will lead daily operations for Umrah packages and general travel services at A N International Tours in Multan. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures high‑quality customer experiences, regulatory compliance, and smooth coordination with sales, support, suppliers and ground partners.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and oversee end‑to‑end Umrah package operations including bookings, visas, flights, accommodation, transfers and on‑ground support.
• Develop and maintain relationships with airlines, hotels, ground handling agents, visa facilitators and transportation providers to secure competitive rates.
• Ensure compliance with immigration, health and travel regulations, maintaining accurate documentation and timely visa processing.
• Implement SOPs, checklists and contingency plans for peak seasons, group movements and emergencies.
• Monitor vendor performance, service quality and SLA adherence, addressing operational issues promptly.
• Align operations with sales and customer support to meet booking requirements and special client needs.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Umrah, Hajj or large‑scale group pilgrimage operations.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation abilities with airlines, hotels and ground operators.
• Familiarity with Pakistan travel regulations, visa requirements and health protocols for religious travel.
• Excellent communication skills in Urdu and English.
• Budgeting, cost‑control and reporting experience.
• Team leadership, staff scheduling and training capabilities.
