US Truck Dispatcher – Onsite in Lahore

About the role

We are looking for an experienced US Truck Dispatcher to join our team in Lahore. The role involves managing loads, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely deliveries for US‑based freight. This is an on‑site position with night‑shift coverage.

Key responsibilities

• Search and book profitable loads using DAT, TruckStop, and other load boards.
• Negotiate freight rates with brokers and maintain strong relationships.
• Dispatch drivers, monitor shipments, and adjust routes as needed.
• Plan driver appointments and coordinate delivery schedules.
• Resolve delivery issues, communicate updates to drivers and brokers, and keep accurate dispatch records.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on US truck dispatch experience.
• Experience with Dry Van, Reefer, Flatbed, or Power‑Only trucks.
• Strong knowledge of FMCSA regulations, Hours of Service, detention, TONU, layover, and rate negotiation.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Willingness to work night shifts and be based in Lahore.
