Venture Growth Lead

About the role

You will build and run Zamanat's marketing function, shaping market positioning, demand programmes and all brand‑facing material. Reporting to the CEO, you will translate complex tokenised and Shariah‑compliant structures into clear, compliant messaging for banks, asset managers, regulators and the financial press.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own Zamanat's positioning and narrative for Digital Shariah Assets across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Run institutional demand programmes including research, thought‑leadership, roundtables, co‑marketing and earned media.
• Approve all external material before it reaches the CEO and ensure it meets legal, compliance and Shariah standards.
• Develop the CEO's public profile through LinkedIn, bylines, panels and interviews.
• Provide sales and distribution teams with pitch narratives, product explainers and diligence‑ready presentations.
• Lead a cross‑functional team and Disrupt Labs specialists, manage agency relationships and own the marketing budget.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of marketing, communications or go‑to‑market experience, with at least 3 years leading a function in financial services, fintech or digital assets.
• Strong financial fluency – comfortable discussing fees, risk, returns and liquidity with allocators.
• Proven track record of positioning financial products to generate inbound interest from asset owners, fund managers and allocators.
• Experience managing teams, agencies and budgets through long B2B sales cycles.

• Expertise in compliance, embargoes and clearance processes for financial communications.
