About the role
The Village Umrah Consultant will guide village‑based clients through the complete Umrah planning process, from package selection to travel completion. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Chakwāl and focuses on delivering compassionate, culturally aware support.
Key responsibilities
- Meet clients, explain package options, and assist with documentation and bookings for transport, accommodation, and other services.
- Maintain accurate records, follow up to confirm travel arrangements, and liaise with internal teams and service providers to resolve issues promptly.
Required profile
- Strong customer service and client relationship skills, with active listening and empathy.
- Excellent spoken and written communication in Urdu and Punjabi; English or Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
Required skills
- Organizational and administrative abilities, including record keeping and attention to detail for bookings and schedules.
- Basic sales and advisory competence to explain package options and guide clients toward suitable solutions.
