Account Executive Assistant - Mortgage Support

About the role

Touchstone Communications is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive Assistant to support Account Executives in managing their customer pipelines. The role suits someone who understands mortgage processes, communicates clearly with a clear American accent and can stay accurate and professional under pressure.

Key responsibilities

• Review sensitive customer documents for accuracy and completeness
• Verify data and upload it securely into internal systems
• Contact customers to make sure they receive outstanding service
• Track progress from pre-qualification to full approval and resolve issues
• Maintain organized records and follow-ups using Excel and CRM tools
• Manage and track pipelines and coordinate daily priorities with Account Executives
• Support customers through the end-to-end home financing process, including pre-qualification, underwriting and closing

Required profile

• At least one year of proven experience in real estate, mortgage or home financing support
• Clear American accent and excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations
• Familiarity with Islamic financing principles is a plus (training provided if needed)

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management tools
• Attention to detail and organization
