Analyst Talent Acquisition

About the role

Karandaaz Pakistan (KRN), a not-for-profit organization based in Islamabad, is hiring an Analyst Talent Acquisition for its People Services Department, reporting to the Head of People Services. The role supports the end-to-end recruitment process, working with departmental heads, building recruitment strategies, managing the candidate experience and keeping recruitment metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Talent acquisition strategy and planning: support the Annual Staffing Plan, develop recruitment strategies, write job descriptions, and conduct market analysis
• Full-cycle recruitment: post jobs, source candidates, screen and interview, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and facilitate onboarding
• Use sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking, headhunting and employee referrals; liaise with headhunting firms and provide recruitment facilitation to subsidiaries
• Employer branding: promote the organization's culture and benefits, build relationships with universities and industry associations, and take part in career fairs
• Maintain the Recruitment Tracker, track metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, and report to senior management, the HR Committee and the Board

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• 2-4 years of specialized experience in talent acquisition or recruitment with a proven track record of successful hires
• Experience automating recruitment processes and using technology solutions is an added advantage

Required skills

• Knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques and Pakistan employment law
• Intermediate to expert Microsoft Office and intermediate Google Suite
• Negotiation, stakeholder management, communication and project execution skills
