Architect

About the role

We are seeking a talented Architect with 4–6 years of professional experience to join our team in Karachi. The role involves developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating with multidisciplinary consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, plans, and construction drawings.
• Prepare detailed working drawings and architectural documentation.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and other consultants.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site visits and resolve design and construction-related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) or equivalent.
• 4–6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong understanding of architectural detailing and construction documentation.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with Revit, SketchUp, Lumion/Enscape, Photoshop or similar software.
