Area Manager – Islamabad

About the role

Lead the end‑to‑end performance of a cluster of dark stores in Islamabad, ensuring fast order fulfillment, high customer satisfaction and accurate inventory while meeting network‑wide KPI targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of all dark stores (Mart and Franchise), track performance against KPIs and own the P&L for the cluster.
• Drive Order Fulfillment Time (OFT) improvements, enforce picking/packing SOPs and maintain inventory health using FEFO/FIFO, expiry and damage controls.
• Ensure hygiene, food safety and operational compliance across stores, conduct regular audits and manage fire‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Supply Chain or related field.
• 4–6 years of operations experience, preferably in quick‑commerce, dark stores, cloud kitchens or retail/QSR chains.
• Proven ability to manage multiple locations, cross‑functional teams and mixed‑format networks.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of quick‑commerce fulfillment metrics (OFT, nSFR, shrinkage).
• Experience with inventory management principles (FEFO/FIFO, expiry management).
