About the role

A snack food manufacturing company in Lahore is looking for an Assistant Manager Coordination within its Operations department. The role manages and streamlines communication across departments so that operational workflows run smoothly and tasks are executed on time, working with the production, logistics and procurement teams.

Key responsibilities

Ensure smooth communication between departments to support daily operations
Oversee schedules, track progress and make sure deliveries are on time
Address operational issues and resolve bottlenecks between teams
Prepare operational reports and keep documentation for key processes
Identify areas for efficiency improvement and support new initiatives

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field
3+ years in a coordination role, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG
Preferred: experience in food or FMCG manufacturing

Required skills

Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving abilities

Salary is competitive and depends on qualifications and experience.
