About the role

Imtiaz is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee the daily operations of its Bakery and Live Kitchen production. The role ensures that quality, hygiene and efficiency standards are maintained.

Key responsibilities

Supervise daily bakery and live kitchen production activities
Ensure product quality, consistency and food safety compliance
Monitor production planning, wastage control and cost management
Maintain hygiene standards in line with food safety regulations
Coordinate with store operations and inventory teams
Manage production staff scheduling and performance

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts or a related field
4-6 years of experience in bakery or food production; retail or supermarket experience preferred
Experience managing live kitchen operations
